Gentle Roots Yoga was born from my own journey of healing and transformation. After facing serious health challenges, I chose to change my life through mindful nourishment, gentle movement, and consistent self-care. Yoga became my foundation—meeting me where I was, helping me rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in my body.
Today, I teach yoga as a sustainable, compassionate practice—not about perfection or restriction, but about honoring your body and creating habits that support long-term well-being. Gentle Roots Yoga is an invitation to move with intention, breathe with purpose, and grow stronger from the inside out.
